Since I’m American, I only know the name/stage name “Professor Green” because I read so many British tabloids. Professor Green is really rapper/songwriter Stephen Manderson, and I want to say he’s more of a local celebrity in the UK. Perhaps some Europeans outside of Britain know him, but for the most part, he’s just one of those minor people that only the British papers really care about. He’s just gotten divorced from another local British celebrity named Millie Mackintosh (a reality star on Made In Chelsea) and Professor Green is single and ready to mingle. But not with Taylor Swift, because I’m sure he would get a shot at her, right? Well, he seems to think he would get a shot. And he would turn her down because she’s too “promiscuous.”
He may well be single, but Professor Green insists he would never date American star Taylor Swift because she’s too “promiscuous.” The London based rapper, 32, claims his answer would be an emphatic no if the 26-year-old singer asked him out because he’s convinced she has a thing for jumping in and out of sexual relationships too quickly.
Speaking during a Live Q&A with The Sun on Dan Wootton’s Facebook page, he said: ‘She has been quite promiscuous recently and I think she’s quite busy and probably too busy to go on a date with me so, with that in mind, I would sprint for the door.’
Taylor’s illustrious list of past boyfriends includes Calvin Harris, Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal and, more recently, Tom Hiddleston. But while Green – real name Stephen Manderson – would prefer to strike up a relationship with a non-celebrity, he’d bend his rule for Rita Ora if she’d let him. He explained: ‘I’ve got a lot of love for Rita, I’ve known her for a long, long time. I’d definitely take Rita on a date, if she’d let me, because I think she’s lovely.’
This is the kind of sh-t that Amber Rose talks about, and when Amber hears about this, she’s going to have a lot to say! Taylor Swift is NOT promiscuous. She’s a normal, healthy woman who dates different men. In the past four years, I think she’s had three boyfriends (Harry, Calvin and Tom, right?). Taylor’s problem isn’t that she’s “promiscuous” or a wanton woman or whatever “slutty” label you want to throw at her. Her problem is how she behaves in those relationships, not that she dates different guys. Anyway… just further evidence that men are still labeling women “promiscuous” for having a healthy dating life.
