Here are some photos of Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux at last night’s NYC premiere/runway show for Zoolander 2. Aniston did not walk the runway. Which is too bad, because I sort of like what she’s wearing here. The last time Aniston and Theroux walked a red carpet together, it was for the Critics’ Choice and Aniston’s Saint Laurent dress was widely panned as one of the worst looks of the night.
For this premiere, Aniston wore a burgundy Galvan dress which apparently has a built-in corset. It’s fantastic to see her in a dress that it’s black or beige, and she should consider wearing more shades of red, burgundy, maroon, etc, because those colors really warm up her coloring. Even though Aniston still managed to have her hair in her face (she’s like Duchess Kate in that way), I like that she changed it up and went for a high ponytail too. The yellow-gold accents are fantastic as well – she’s wearing yellow-gold jewelry and gold strappy heels. My one minor complaint? Her manicure clashes with the dress. This would have been a great moment for black nail polish.
People Magazine asked Justin about his Valentine’s Day plans, considering he’s been traveling so much in the past month to promote Zoolander 2, and he and Aniston have barely had any time together. A romantic dinner, perchance? Another gift of a quartz ring? But this is Justin’s V-Day plan: “I want to get into some sweatpants because I feel like I’ve been in a suit forever. So we’ve done like, I don’t know, 6 cities now. We’re tired. So yeah, I’m going to get cozy and watch some HBO Go.” Yeah… don’t get me wrong, I don’t have an V-Day plans either (the BAFTAs fall on V-Day, so I’ll be working), but I’m also not married to America’s Sweetheart. Props to Justin for working in an HBO plug though.
