A web application through which agents of medical devices active within the EEAEuropean Economic Area can manage their personal data in our database.
Project auto control medical devices
This flexible application is specifically intended for the exchange of data and documents with the inspection services of the FAMHPFederal Agency for Medicines and Health Products. The application allows the user to systematically make necessary changes and adjustments after the first use.
Project “Contributions” – Tax on the distribution of medical devices
The FAMHPFederal Agency for Medicines and Health Products has created a web application for the processing of the tax of distributors of medical devices sold on the Belgian market. With this application a simple treatment is possible from the request of the declaration of the relevant turnover figures up to the sending of the payment request.
From 2017, every FAMHPFederal Agency for Medicines and Health Products employee has an Avaya softphone device or a software installed on a PC to make calls over the internet.
At the beginning of 2017, the Service Desk team proceeded together with the Infrastructure team to install the Windows 10 environment in test phase. This test phase allowed to test all the intern applications extensively in the new Windows 10 environment. Older laptops are being replaced and at the end of 2017, 86 employees already had a new device with Windows 10.
